A: PCFS was founded in 2007. We provide expert Billing Services to a large variety of medical professionals: Acupuncturists, Chiropractors, Mental Health Professionals, Naturopaths, Home Healthcare, Physical Therapy, Dietitians to name just a few. We are happy to provide references upon request.

Q: Is having PCFS handle our medical billing safe and secure?

A: PCFS never touches the practice’s money. We simply ensure that the insurance companies electronic checks are deposited into your account you specify. All funds come directly to you either through USPS or to your bank via electronic payments from the various insurance companies.

Q: My practice is different from other practices. I may need to custom tailor my billing. Can you do that?

A: PCFS understands that every practice has unique characteristics. Customized billing packages are our specialty. We can create a billing program that fits your practice’s needs.
